Question 1

How does per-term billing work?

Accepted Answer

Plans are billed once per academic term based on your active student enrolment tier—starting at ₦45,000/term for up to 150 students (Starter), ₦75,000/term for 151–500 students (Growth), and ₦130,000/term for 501–1,000 students (Scale).

Question 2

Can our school start on Starter and upgrade to Growth or Scale later?

Accepted Answer

Yes! As your student enrolment grows or when you are ready to unlock Parent & Student Portals, Academic Broadsheets, and full Fee Tracking, you can seamlessly upgrade your plan at any point.

Question 3

Does our school get its own custom logo, report card layout, and portal link?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Every school on NG SIMS gets a dedicated portal address (e.g. yourschool.ngsims.com.ng) configured with your school name, badge, motto, grading structure, and report card template.

Question 4

Can we import our current student records from Excel or paper lists?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can import student biodata, class lists, parent contacts, and staff details directly from clean Excel/CSV spreadsheets so your team does not have to type records manually.

Question 5

Do teachers need advanced computer skills to enter scores?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. NG SIMS is designed to be simple and intuitive—teachers can enter CA and exam scores from any smartphone, tablet, or laptop, and the system handles all totals, averages, grades, and broadsheets automatically.

Question 6

What if we have over 1,000 students or run multiple school campuses?

Accepted Answer

Our Enterprise plan is tailored for large secondary schools (1,000+ students) and multi-campus school groups, offering custom data migration, group-wide executive analytics, and dedicated implementation support.
